Proctor Terrace Elementary School is part of the Santa Rosa City Schools Elementary District. Founded in 1949, Proctor Terrace ES is located in the McDonald Historic District of Santa Rosa and reflects the small community feeling and charm of the 1950’s era in California.

Proctor Terrace serves students from transitional kindergarten through sixth grade and provides a rigorous academic program combined with integrated social-emotional learning supports to develop lifelong learners. The school has a dedicated, exceptional community of teachers, staff and parents – many who grew up in the neighborhood and attended the school as students. There is an active Parent Teacher Organization (PTA) to support enrichment programs for students and provides additional support to help them thrive.
