Welcome Dr. Rani Goyal - Interim Principal

Dear Proctor Terrace Families,

I am pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Rani Goyal as the Interim Principal of Proctor Terrace Elementary School for the 2025/26 school year. We are grateful to Dr. Goyal for stepping into this interim role. Early in the spring, we will collaborate with staff and families to identify a permanent principal for the following school year.

Dr. Goyal brings more than 20 years of experience in educational leadership, including 13 years as a high school principal and several leadership roles within Santa Rosa City Schools. She knows our district well and is deeply committed to supporting students, staff, and families during this transition.

As we move forward in the process of selecting a permanent principal, we are committed to engaging the voices of our school community. We will continue to keep you informed and involved throughout the process.
